About Harrison Medical Center

Founded in 1918, Harrison has evolved from a small community hospital into the region's busiest medical center. Our not-for-profit institution now cares for patients from Kitsap, North Mason, Clallam, and Jefferson counties with locations in Bremerton, Silverdale, Port Orchard, Belfair, and Poulsbo.

Harrison boasts an impressive range of specialties, services, and programs, provided by a staff of 2,300 and a medical staff of 415. Approximately 90 percent of our physicians are board-certified, a figure that ranks well above the national average.

Harrison Bremerton, located at 2520 Cherry Avenue, serves as the medical center's acute-care center and home to cardiovascular services, including open-heart surgery; oncology; critical care; inpatient and outpatient surgery, orthopedics, behavioral health, rehabilitation, a sleep center, and 24/7 emergency care.

Mother/baby care, pediatrics, women's services, outpatient surgery, rehabilitation, and 24/7 emergency care are the cornerstones of Harrison Silverdale, which opened at the corner of Myhre Road and Ridgetop Boulevard in 2000. Advanced imaging services—including an open MRI—combined with an array of physicians' offices complement patient care at this award-winning facility. Approximately 2,100 babies are born annually here. We serve more than 77,500 patients annually in our high-tech Bremerton and Silverdale ERs where our wait times are among the lowest in the state.

Harrison Port Orchard opened in 1995 to serve residents of the South Kitsap area. This urgent care center is also home to primary care with appointments or walk-in care seven days a week. Onsite services include X-ray, laboratory and EKG testing, as well as rehabilitation and home health.

Belfair
Harrison Belfair was created in partnership with North Mason Public Hospital District No. 2. The campus began serving patients in April 2009 with 12-hour urgent care seven days a week; primary care on weekdays; and outpatient lab and imaging services

Poulsbo
Our community members on the North End have convenient access to hospital-based outpatient cancer care at Harrison Poulsbo Hematology & Oncology center. The center began providing services in July 2009 that include chemotherapy treatments; an onsite laboratory; patient navigators; nutritional medicine; support services and resources; and complementary therapies.
